Return & Exchange

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or item, you can return it to us within 10 days after you received the item for a refund or exchange.


Please send us an email service@zmori.com before you return your item to obtain the Return or Exchange Form with authorization code, fill it and send it to service@zmori.com.


Please DO NOT send back your item until we have e-mail you back with the appropriate address which is not the one displayed on your parcel.


All items must in mint original condition, unworn and tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, are not be accepted.


Buyers are responsible for the return shipping fee.


For refund opted we will refund you the item price you paid, and if your items enjoyed free shipping when purchased we will refund you item price deducted shipping cost incurred when ship to you.


For example, if you paid USD 25 for the item and shipping charge is USD 5. We will refund you USD 25 once item is back to us.

If you paid USD 100 for the item and have free shipping. We will refund you USD 100 with shipping fee we paid deducted.

Normally, every KG shipping charge from us is USD 13.


We will notify you in 24 hours once we received your item, and will issue a refund once we received back the item in good condition. We will not accept any returns if item worn or washed. The money will be credited back to your PayPal account/Bank account/Credit Card account ( depends on which payment you used on your original payment).


For exchange opted we will notify you once we received your items, and send you shipping fee invoice via PayPal for shipping the exchanged items to your country (only real shipping cost incurred will be charged).
